Featuring a genuine faceted natural sapphire stone in a yellow gold-plated mount, flanked by two round clear cubic zirconia crystals, also set in yellow gold-plated mounts.

Chain length can be adjusted between approx. 45-50 cm (18-20 in); central oval sapphire element measuring just over 1 cm (0.4") at widest point, excluding frame.
