As of 23 August 2025, Italian mail has temporarily suspended standard shipping to the US, amid the ongoing uncertainty surrounding tariffs.
To make sure you can still receive your favourite jewellery, I continue to offer an express courier shipping option, via FedEx/DHL, now at a special discounted flat rate of €30.00 (normally €45.00).
International buyers remain responsible for any tariffs, duties and fees that may apply.
This is a temporary solution, and as soon as postal services resume, our usual, more affordable shipping options will be reinstated.

All items are shipped worldwide from Italy.
Please be aware that buyers outside the EU may be subject to import duties and VAT, subject to local legislation.
Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR €). Conversions from other currencies will be handled automatically at checkout.
Standard national and international shipping is provided via Poste Italiane, the Italian postal service.
Express courier shipping options are available at checkout.
After purchase, your item(s) will be shipped within 2-5 business days. Special and custom orders may need additional time to be shipped: you will be promptly advised via email if that's the case.
Once your parcel has shipped, you will be notified via email and a tracking number will be provided. All parcels are traceable and will require a signature upon delivery.
Cancellation Policy

Returns Policy
Marianna London offers a 14-days, no quibble returns policy. Please be aware that buyer pays return shipping.
Please notify me within 14 days of receiving your item(s) of your intention to return any or all of them.
Returned item(s) must be in their original, unworn condition and in their original box(es). Custom orders are generally non returnable, unless otherwise agreed upon.
Your purchase will be fully refunded upon receipt of the returned item(s) in their original condition.
