Kate Middleton Inspired Replikate Yellow Gold Plated Detachable Freshwater Pearl Hoop Earrings

A modern take on the classic pearl drops, these handmade earrings are inspired by a pair recently worn by Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, on a number of engagements, including during the May 2021 visit to Scotland.

Five natural freshwater pearls hang from each yellow gold-plated hoop. The pearl drops are all detachable (please see pictures), so you can change your look, and maybe just wear a single pearl, or mismatched pearls, or even the hoops on their own! You can have fun and mix up your look to suit different outfits!

Freshwater pearls are a natural product, and therefore will vary slightly in shape and size and may have naturally occurring rings (stripes): no two pearls are exactly the same.

Playful and elegant, the hoops measure approx. 1.3 cm (0.5 in) in outer diameter, with the earrings being approx. 2.5 cm (0.9 in) long in total. Yellow gold-plated over brass.

The pearls hang freely on the hoops and will move with the wearer: they will therefore overlap when the earrings are being worn.
